Can you send me a wood sample/fabric swatch for the products?

Your local AICO dealer should have finish tiles and fabric swatches on hand to show to their customers. If they do not have the finish tile or fabric swatch you are interested in, they should be able to order it from their AICO representative.

Do you have any dealers located near me?

Please visit our Dealer Locator to find the authorized AICO® dealers near you. By choosing the largest range of miles near your zip code, you will get the best list. If you are not finding dealers anywhere near your zip code, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I order directly from you?

As a manufacturer and importer, we sell our product to authorized retailers who provide sales support and service to the buying public. We do not sell directly to the public. Your local AICO dealer is your source for pricing information and placing an order. You can find the dealer closest to your location by using our Dealer Locator.

When are you going to post pictures of your new collections?

We hope to have images available of our new collections as soon as possible after first showing. However, sometimes slight product revisions are required. We do not want to post photos until the product development has been fully completed.

What is the retail price for the collection I am looking at?

For retail pricing information, please contact your local AICO dealer. You can find the authorized dealers nearest you via the Dealer Locator on our website.

Where can I get touch-up stain for my collection?

Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your AICO® product. They will either assist you in obtaining the touch-up markers you need, or advise you on where you can purchase them. AICO® does not produce or stock touch-up markers. You may also Contact Us via the form on our website and we will do our best to direct you.

Ordered my furniture a while ago from my local dealer, and have yet to receive it. Do you know where my furniture is?

Please contact the AICO® dealer with whom you placed your order to inquire about shipping. They are the source of all tracking information for your order. If you feel there is a problem, please contact us and we will attempt to assist you.

Can I custom order my furniture?

At this time, we do not offer customization of our product.

I lost my assembly instructions. How may I replace them?

To receive a duplicate copy of the assembly instructions for your AICO® product, please contact the AICO® dealer from whom you purchased, or you may contact us and we will email you another set.

Can I get a full product-line catalog?

We are a business-to-business company, and as such, do not sell directly to the public. To see a full product-line catalog, please visit your local AICO® dealer, which you can find by using our Dealer Locator, or click the catalog button provided in each collection.

What is the warranty on my furniture?

Why are there irregularities in texture and finish on my wood furniture?

These are the distinctive grains of the finished wood. Each piece has different patterns and characteristics, making each product unique.

Will my furniture change color over time?

It is possible that colors could fade over time, but nothing so drastic as to be noticed on a daily basis. The most obvious cause of color fading is the sun, thus we recommend occasional rotating of cushions, or periodic moving of furniture to prevent any noticeable color changes.

Where is the furniture made?

AICO® product is made in its factories throughout Asia. Only the most skilled craftsmen are employed, so as to comply with the strict standards of quality that AICO® expects.

What is the best way to care for my furniture?

Can I purchase AICO® furniture online?

AICO sells product to a very select group of e-tailer sites, as well as to qualified furniture retailers with an online presence. AICO recommends when purchasing from an e-tailer, or through any website, you exercise due diligence in establishing they are an authorized AICO dealer.

Whom should I contact with concerns or questions about my AICO® furniture?

The AICO dealer from whom you purchased your furniture is your direct source for any questions, concerns or service needs you may have. They are knowledgeable about AICO®, and their relationship with us gives them the most up-to-date information available.

My furniture arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please contact the AICO dealer from whom you purchased your furniture as soon as possible. They will identify the cause, and determine the proper course of action.

My local AICO® dealer has not resolved my concerns. What do I do?

If you have been unable to resolve your concerns with the AICO dealer from whom you purchased, please contact us, and we will attempt to facilitate a resolution for you.

How might I obtain replacement parts for my AICO furniture?

Please contact the AICO® dealer from whom you purchased, and they will assist you with ordering replacement parts. If your dealer is no longer available, or will not assist you, please contact us and we will advise you.

How might I obtain another leaf for my AICO dining table?

Table leaves are actually cut and finished in the table for the perfect fit and finish match, thus extra leaves, or replacement leaves are not available.

I know it is discontinued, but where can I find this item?

If you are not seeing the item on the AICO website any longer, it is likely the item is no longer available at all but please feel free to CONTACT US with the name of the collection and item, and we will do our best to advise you.
