Kiln dried hardwood frames/parts, hand carving integral to the frame, 8-way hand tied seat spring construction, sinuous wire back construction, Feather blend cushions, Feather/down pillows, Fully padded exterior, Fully lined/interlined skirt.

What is your company procedure for returns, donations and replacements? |

• For all returns/exchanges, please see our warranty page.
• For all donations or defective merchandise, please notify your sales representative, so that they can submit all required photos, serial #'s, and the MCIR form to process the claim. Once an item is approved by AICO®, the receiving company must submit the original donation slip made out to AICO®, by mail, and the Invoice for the replacement item will be credited. If we do not receive this information the customer needs to pay the invoice in full.
